In compliance with current data protection regulation, we inform you that the information you submit shall be processed and used to organize the SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA training event intended for HEALTH PROFESSIONALS arranged by the Orix Systems, S.L. company under the Watson Brand, whose second-round sessions are expected to be held between October of 2021 and January of 2022 via Zoom.

During the above-mentioned activity, pictures and/or audio-visual images can be taken, an action regarded as the processing of personal data which, in compliance with current data protection regulation, requires the express consent for data collection and use of the images and/or recordings taken.

By signing up to each virtual SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA training session you provide Orix Systems, S.L. with a freely given, specific and informed CONSENT to collect the data and take photographs and/or audio-visual images to record the activity, to store and distribute it via the channels of communications used for this Project, as well as to publish it on the webpage and social networks of the organization (Orix Systems, S.L. under the Watson Brand) or the SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA project. You also authorize the use of the content of the talks and discussions generated during the event for other activities of this project with the same purposes. The duration of the processing is initially specified as indefinite.

Although the general data protection policy of Orix Systems, S.L. does not include international transfers of personal data, you AUTHORIZE a transfer of the contents of the recordings of the SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA project sessions to the INTERNATIONAL HEPATO-PANCREATO-BILLIARY ASSOCIATION (whose data protection authority is in the United Kingdom) to be published online in the HPB Journal.

You have the right to obtain access to your personal data, to its rectification or erasure at all times. You also have the right to restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability. All rights mentioned above can be exercised by sending an email to the following address: juridico@orix.es as provided for by law.

You shall be informed and requested a new consent for any purposes other than the ones listed above.

En cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos, le informamos que el tratamiento de la información que nos facilita tiene como finalidad la organización del evento formativo virtual SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA dirigida a PROFESIONALES SANITARIOS, gestionado por la empresa Orix Systems, S.L. bajo la marca corporativa Watson y cuyas sesiones de la segunda edición está previsto se celebran entre octubre de 2021 y enero de 2022 a través de la plataforma Zoom.

En dicha actividad podrán tomarse imágenes fotográficas y/ o audiovisuales, lo que constituye un tratamiento de datos personales por lo que, en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos personales¹, solicitamos el consentimiento expreso para la recogida de datos y toma de imágenes y/o grabaciones.

Mediante la inscripción a cada una de las sesiones del evento formativo virtual SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA, usted AUTORIZA de manera libre, consciente e informada a Orix Systems, S.L. a la recogida de datos y la toma de imágenes fotográficas y/ o audiovisuales con la finalidad de documentar la actividad, su archivo y difusión a través de los canales de comunicación que se puedan usar para este proyecto, así como su publicación en página web y redes sociales de la entidad (Orix Systems, S.L. bajo la marca corporativa Watson) o del proyecto SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA. Asimismo, autoriza a que el contenido de la charla y de la discusión generada en el evento pueda utilizarse como material para otras actividades del mismo proyecto y con similar finalidad. La duración del tratamiento será inicialmente indefinida.

Si bien, la política general de privacidad de Orix Systems, S.L. no contempla las transferencias internacionales de datos, usted AUTORIZA a que el contenido de las grabaciones de las sesiones del proyecto SCIENTIFIC BREAKFAST FROM ZARAGOZA se comparta con la organización INTERNATIONAL HEPATO-PANCREATO-BILLIARY ASSOCIATION (cuya autoridad a nivel de protección de datos se encuentra en Reino Unido), con la finalidad de ser difundido a través de su publicación online my HPB Journal.

Usted podrá en todo momento ejercitar su derecho al acceso a sus datos personales, su rectificación o supresión de sus datos personales en cualquier momento, a la limitación de su tratamiento, y a oponerse al mismo, así como el derecho a la portabilidad de los datos, en la forma legalmente prevista, mediante comunicación remitida al correo electrónico facilitado: juridico@orix.es

Se le informará y solicitará nuevo consentimiento para cualquier otro fin diferente a los anteriormente citados.
